Portland – A Sense Of Place (PBS)

PBS e² series that’s voiced by Brad Pitt featured Portland Oregon as human friendly or human scale meaning it’s a great place for walking, biking, skateboarding and living, which is not the case in most cities.

This is one of the reasons I like the west coast so much. The writer over at G-living where I saw this states he wishes that Venice Beach would do away with cars and just have a light rail system and build parking decks for the heaps of tourist.

I’m for this one hundred percent because it’s a great idea and it’s my home away from home.

There are two cities I’m totally in love with (because of everything I’ve heard of them) and really, really wish to visit someday. One of them is San Francisco, and the other is Portland. These videos are great. Thanks.
